- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 tsp EACH salt, pepper, (more or less to taste)
- Sriracha to taste/Asian chili sauce ((optional))
