  • 4 baby bok choy (quartered lengthwise)
  • Garnish: chili threads ( optional) or chopped scallions
  • 4 cloves garlic whole
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger- sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Chinese Five Spice (store-bought or make our homemade 5-Spice )
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 orange (¼ cup fresh orange juice and save the zest for garnish)
