- 1.5 cups water
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ((or more to taste))
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ((or more to taste))
