- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for cooking)
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 6 brioche buns (or use your favorite burger buns)
- 6 lettuce leaves (cut into smaller rounds or use smaller boston lettuce leaves)
- 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 ripe tomato (thinly sliced)
