  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for cooking)
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 6 brioche buns (or use your favorite burger buns)
  • 6 lettuce leaves (cut into smaller rounds or use smaller boston lettuce leaves)
  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 ripe tomato (thinly sliced)
