- ½-1 teaspoon (2-5ml) red food coloring ((2-3 teaspoons (10-15ml) will make it redder if desired))
- 2-3 tablespoons (14-30g) reserved strawberry puree
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon extract (or strawberry extract)
- ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
