  • 1/3 cup (67g) packed light or dark brown sugar (I prefer dark in this recipe)
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (120g) confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 2–3 Tablespoons (30–45g/ml) orange juice
