  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour (or cornstarch*)
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine** (such as Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet, Sauvignon, or use beef broth)
  • 1 cup beef broth or chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen vegetables of choice (peas, carrots, and corn)
