  • 1/2 tsp freshly chopped thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot flour
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth (or homemade turkey stock)
  • 1/2 cup Nutpods Dairy-Free Creamer
  • 2 cups cooked and diced turkey or chicken
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
