  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or chilli powder
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic (sliced)
  • 500 ml chicken stock (2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari (soy sauce or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (coconut oil or macadamia oil for searing the meat)
