  • 300 ml (1 1/4 cups) chicken stock (chicken broth) (made from hot water from the kettle + 2 stock cubes)
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) milk (half-fat or full-fat)
  • 20 sugar snap peas/snow peas (roughly chopped)
  • 100 g (1 packed cup) grated (shredded) mature/sharp cheddar cheese (grated/shredded)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
