  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ cups skim milk
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 10 oz uncooked elbow macaroni (use whole wheat pasta if following the myWW Purple plan)
  • 6 oz 50% reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese (shredded (I use Cabot))
