- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 red pepper (sliced)

- 100 g frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander/cilantro (plus extra for garnish (optional))
- Pickles/chutneys/naan bread/chapattis – or whatever you like to serve with a biryani.
