  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Corn starch (Or potato starch)
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce (Or regular soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Shao Xing wine (Chinese cooking rice wine or rice vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp Sugar
