  • 1 whole bay leaf
  • 3 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound shredded mozzarella ((4 cups))
