  • 1 cup panko ((Japanese breadcrumbs), or regular breadcrumbs, divided into two half cups)
  • Some cooking oil ((I used rice bran oil))
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp gochujang ((Korean chili paste))
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce (, regular (My go to soy sauce is Kikkoman brand))
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
