  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon bread flour
  • 2 cups confectioners/icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons light corn sryup (or golden syrup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • vegetable oil (for frying (or similar, neutral-tasting oil))
