  • 1 clove of garlic (grated or finely diced)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (or 1 tablespoon hazelnut oil)
  • A generous pinch of salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
