  • 1 Tbsp tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
  • 6 Tbsp pure maple sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup ghee (or grassfed butter, or coconut oil, solid)
  • 3/4 cup pecans or walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/8 tsp fine grain sea salt
