  • 1 cup cut okra
  • 2 green onions, white and green parts, (chopped)
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons filé powder
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • For serving: 4 cups cooked long-grain white rice
