  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder (optional for a spicy korma)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ cups water (360ml)
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk (from a can, 240ml )
