  • 3 tablespoons vegan Worcestershire (or tamari)
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme (or 1 teaspoon fresh)
  • 1 package phyllo dough (or puff pastry***)
  • 8 ounces vegan butter (or olive oil, melted)
