  • 1-2 Bell Pepper (Red/Green/Yellow ( Cut thin slices ))
  • 1 Carrot (Julinned)
  • ½ Onion (Cut thin slices)
  • 3-4 Dry Shiitake mushroom ( Rehydrated ) (Or fresh mushrooms ( cut thin slices ))
