  • 8 oz broken lasagna noodles or Campanelle pasta, whole wheat or gluten-free if needed
  • 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 to 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp part-skim shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup packed chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup packed, chopped fresh basil
