  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice ((sub rice vinegar when limes are crazy expensive))
  • 2 tsp fish sauce ((Note 2))
  • 2 batches jasmine rice (or other plain rice of choice)
