- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (plus wedges for serving)

- Fresh basil or Thai basil leaves (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
- Red Thai chiles (thinly sliced, for garnish)
- Cooked rice (for serving)
