  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai black soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 large eggs ((beaten))
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons neutral oil ((divided))
  • 1 lime ((cut into wedges, for serving; optional))
