  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 large bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large (or two medium carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks (juliennned))
  • 3 scallions (white and green parts separated, thinly sliced)
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets (blanched**)
