  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
