  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts* (chopped into large chunks)
  • 4 tbsp half-fat crème fraiche
  • Small bunch flat-leaf parsley (roughly chopped)
  • Large pinch black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
