  • ½ to 1 tablespoon sugar (or as required)
  • 1.5 to 2 tablespoons oil (- any neutral flavored oil)
  • 2 cups water (or add as required)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch ((cornflour) dissolved in ¼ cup water)
