- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup enchilada sauce , more to taste.
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
- ½-1 cup shredded cheese- Mexican cheese blend, cheddar, mozzarella, or vegan cheese
- Garnish: cilantro, sour cream or sliced avocado, hot sauce
