  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme ((or ¼ teaspoon dried))
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary ((or ¼ teaspoon dried))
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 - 3 cups of juices/drippings from the pot ((add beef broth if you don’t have enough liquid from the pot))
