  • 2-3 cloves garlic (less if you’re sensitive to garlicky things)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • juice of 2 limes
  • ½ cup light sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (I just used a bagged slaw mix)
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 green plantains
