  • 1 teaspoon salt (reduce slightly if using seasoned rice vinegar)
  • 2 Tablespoon rice vinegar (seasoned or unseasoned)
  • 1 Tablespoon light brown sugar (reduce slightly if using seasoned rice vinegar)
