  • ½ bunch of fresh cilantro, (finely chopped (about ½ cup))
  • 1 medium lime, (juiced)

  • 2 cups (8oz) Monterey Jack cheese, (shredded)
  • Sour cream, guacamole, or salsa (any kind!)
