  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 1 bunch spring onions (scallions) (trimmed)
  • 2 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 2 red chillies (sliced)
