  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar (or Mexican blend) cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped (fresh cilantro)
  • Salsa (avocado, Greek yogurt, lime wedges, hot sauce, sliced green onions, etc.)
