  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups freshly shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (gently pack in measuring cup)
  • 1 cup half-and-half

  • 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro (optional)
