- 1/2 cup Peas (Fresh or Frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 cup chopped Red Bell Pepper, 1/2 inch (1/2 medium pepper)
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
- 1-2 tsp Tamarind Paste
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1-2 tsp Lemon Juice, for garnish
