- 1 1/4 cup DRY Marsala wine
- 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch whisked with 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup heavy cream (do not substitute for half-and-half or any other dairy)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (minced; optional for garnishing)
