  • 5 cloves garlic (finely minced, or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried
  • 2 or 3 bay leaves
  • 2 large Russet potatoes** (diced in chunky bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1/4 cold water
  • 2 to 3 drop Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
