- 1 sprig fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- 2 or 3 bay leaves
- 2 large Russet potatoes** (diced in chunky bite-sized pieces)
- 2 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/4 cold water
- 2 to 3 drop Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
