  • 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger paste (Gourmet Garden brand recommended)
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 cloves garlic (pressed or minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes (optional)
