  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (juice of about 1 lime)
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • ¾ cup greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 ½ cups shredded (or thinly sliced green cabbage)
  • 6 corn tortillas (or your favorite small tortillas of choice)
  • 2 limes (cut into wedges as garnish)
