  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1-2 tablespoon non-dairy milk (for thinning (coconut, hemp, etc.))
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
