  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 2 to 3 dashes hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (cilantro, or basil (optional))
