  • 1-3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup long grain white rice (Lundberg Farms White Jasmine Rice recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • juice of 1/2 lime (may not need all)
