  • Freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • Flaky sea salt
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs ((such as parsley, dill, cilantro, chives, or a mix))
  • Zest of one lemon
