  • 2 teaspoon black/white sesame seeds
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice (short-grain or medium-grain rice are also fine)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 medium cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or radishes
