  • 1 small red onion (chopped into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped into 1-inch pieces)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets ((½ pound), chopped into small bite-size pieces)
  • 20 ounces canned pineapple chunks in 100% juice (reserve the juice for the sauce)
