  • zest of 1 medium lemon (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (use ¼ cup if using pre-grated Parmesan from the store, plus more for serving)
